It can be tempting to indulge in the idea of total painlessness in all stages of an organization or process; perfect flow for everyone involved, and full score on all good words such as trust/inclusion/ceiling height and so on. Unfortunately, this is an unrealistic fantasy which in itself can create great frustration.

Engineer Loe's methodology is based on the claim that, fundamentally, the achievement of a good feeling in collaboration or in a solo project is based on the individual's achievement of fulfilling an actually important role, even when it is difficult and challenging.

A realistic understanding of the tough frameworks you often work within if you take your own goals seriously is also the foundation for being a humane leader. Both for themselves and others. ***will this be a little too focused on what I actually deliver**? Maybe some of this is a bit more "about me" food?
